Warranty Claims

Thank you for purchasing a Reese Fishing rod. We appreciate your business.

We understand that STUFF happens, and we want to make sure that we do our best to get a rod back in your hands as soon as possible, so you can get back on the water to keep catching them!

NEXT 1 Series of rods comes with a one-year warranty against defects and workmanship for the original buyer only.

NEXT 2 Series of rods comes with a five-year warranty against defects and workmanship for the original buyer only.

During the warranty period, which begins from the date of purchase, if your rod breaks or has a manufacturer defect:

  1. Fill out the Warranty Claim Form below
  2. Send the following to the Warranty Claims shipping address below:
    • An 8” section of the rod with the date code, Reese Fishing logo, and model number
    • A note with your full name, address and phone number

The customer is responsible for any shipping/mailing and insurance costs when sending their claim information. We will replace the rod with the same model unless the model is no longer available, in which case we will replace it with a comparable model.

No Questions Asked Rod Replacement

We offer a five year, “no questions asked” replacement policy. To submit a claim:

  1. Fill out the Warranty Claim Form below
  2. Send the following to the Warranty Claims shipping address below:
    • A note with your full name, address and phone number
    • An 8” section of the rod with the date code, Reese Fishing logo, and model number
  3. Pay the replacement fee online or with a check or money order in the amount for your rod series

The customer is responsible for shipping/mailing and insurance costs when sending their claim information. We will replace the rod with same model unless that model is no longer available, in which case we will replace it with a comparable model.

NEXT 1: $90 (includes shipping)

NEXT 2: $135 (includes shipping)

Rod Guides

If rod guide has a manufacturer defect, we will send you a replacement guide and $10 to have it repaired. Please fill out the Warranty Claim Form online and attach pictures showing the issue.

Please Note: This is one time only per rod and is limited to two(2) claims per registered customer.

If you need replacement guides for other repairs, please submit your request using out Contact Form.
