Reese Fishing Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a Reese Fishing rod. We appreciate your business.

We understand that STUFF happens, and we want to make sure that we do our best to get a rod back in your hands as soon as possible, so you can get back on the water to keep catching them!

NEXT 1 Series of rods comes with a one-year warranty against defects and workmanship from the time of purchase to the original buyer only. Please fill out the warranty claim form online and attach pictures showing the issue or contact us at warranty@reesefishing.com

NEXT 2 Series of rods comes with a five-year warranty against defects and workmanship from the time of purchase to the original buyer only. Please fill out the warranty claim form online and attach pictures showing the issue, or contact us at warranty@reesefishing.com

There are two choices on how to handle the warranty situation:

Option 1

Ship the damaged rod back to Reese Fishing with the original receipt and note with details of the issue. The customer is responsible for the shipping tube, freight, and insurance costs.

Option 2

Send us in a prepaid envelope the original receipt, an 8” section of the rod (see image below) with the date code, Reese fishing logo, and model number. Then pay a $45 replacement fee (this covers our cost for the rod tube and shipping U.S. only) and we’ll replace the same model rod unless that model is no longer available, then we will replace it with a comparable model.

No Questions Asked Rod Replacement

We offer a five year, “no questions asked” replacement policy. To submit a claim:

  1. Fill out the online warranty claim form
  2. In a prepaid envelope send us the original receipt and an 8” section of the rod (see image below) with the date code, Reese Fishing logo, and model number
  3. Pay the replacement fee (see rod series cost below) online or send a check or money order to:

NEXT 1: $90 (includes shipping)

NEXT 2: $135 (includes shipping)

Rod Guides

If for some reason a guide has a manufacturer defect, we will send you a replacement guide and $10 to have it repaired. Pictures of damaged guides must be submitted to warranty@Reesefishing.com.

Please Note: This is one time only per rod and is limited to two(2) claims per registered customer.
